    Unfortunately not. All parts orders must go through our website, we are unable to take any orders over the phone. This is both for our security and your security.   • Can I insert a key into the door Euro lock cylinder if there is already a key inserted from the other side?
    No, the cylinder has a control mechanism which prevents a key from being inserted if there is already one on the other side. This feature is designed to enhance security and avoid potential lockout situations, ensuring that the door cannot be accidentally unlocked or compromised from the other side.

  • Cylinder Style - What is this?
    Key - This is where there is only one side to the cylinder. This is a half cylinder. Key/Key - This is where there are key entry to both sides (NOTE: If a key is already in one side of the cylinder, a key CANNOT be inserted into the other side. Key/Thumbturn - Key entry to outside with a thumbturn to inside for egress exit. Key Paired - This is a set of half cylinders paired alike.
